how the nervous system mediates communication between different parts of the body and the body’s interaction?

this is one of the california state standards for biology (9b)
and i dont know what its referring to. it also has to incorporate feedback loop. so can someone please tell me what its talking about and explain it!??!?!?!?!?!? please please please

The nervous system takes input from the world and "tells" your body how to react.
