Which is the better form of communication; speech or body language?
Body language is universal, and can be almost subconcious. Being sloutched and low, less energetic conveys negative emotions, and the reverse is true about positive. Alert, engertic, sititng upright, and moving can even subconicously affect the ways your words are heard. Even animals understand you body lanuage to a degree.

Speech is good but people lie too easily. Body language, more importantly eye contact, will never lie.

Because people don’t listen to each other speech is only about 7% of communication. Body Language gives away what the words don’t say.

Both. Even when you’re not saying anything, that’s still saying something…body language. To communicate at full potential, you must be aware of both aspects of communication.

If it were a choice between choosing, then speech is the better way. It is by what is said, how it is said in the tone of ones words with correct timing for pause, along with well thought out questions that generate an answer that is appreciated. Communication also means listening and reflecting on ones answer.
Body language is important but can be overdone and can take away from what is spoken.
